I/We understand that there is a minimum charge of $__________ for diagnostic and inspection services.
Customer further acknowledges that additional charges may apply depending on the results of the inspection or diagnostic findings.
No additional services will be performed without prior customer approval.
Repair Authorization & Terms of Service
Customers may request an estimate—written or oral—both of which are legally binding under Colorado law. Any subsequent written or verbal authorizations are also considered legal and binding.
By signing below or providing verbal consent, the customer authorizes NavAuto1 Group to perform the repairs listed above and to furnish all necessary parts and labor. The customer understands that any costs quoted are estimates only, and final charges may vary based on actual work performed and parts used.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that NavAuto1 Group employees may operate the vehicle for purposes of inspection, testing, or quality assurance, and do so at the customer’s risk.
NavAuto1 Group is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or to any personal items left inside the vehicle.
The customer agrees to remove the vehicle within 72 hours of repair completion. After that time, a storage fee of $150.00 per day will apply (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays).
The customer further agrees that NavAuto1 Group has an express mechanic’s line on the vehicle described above for the charges for parts and labor provided under this authorization, including any prior unpaid balances related to this vehicle.
In the event of nonpayment, the customer shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses.
NavAuto1 Group – Limited Warranty Statement
No Warranty on Used Parts
NavAuto1 Group does not provide any warranty, express or implied, when the customer requests the installation of used parts. Customers choosing used parts accept full responsibility for the performance and reliability of those parts.
Warranty on New Parts and Labor
New parts installed by NavAuto1 Group are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty.
Labor and services performed by NavAuto1 Group that include the installation of new parts are backed by our limited warranty of 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the date the services are completed.

Warranty Scope & Limitations
· This warranty is limited strictly to the parts and services provided and installed by NavAuto1 Group.
· It is valid only for the registered owner(s) of the vehicle at the time the repairs were performed.
· The warranty is non-transferable and must be claimed by the original owner.
· Claims under this warranty must be submitted directly by the vehicle owner.
Exclusive Remedy & Legal Notice
This paragraph constitutes the vehicle owner's exclusive warranty and sole remedy. By signing below, the customer agrees not to pursue any alternative remedy, including but not limited to credit card payment disputes.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
The warranties stated herein are exclusive and made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
NavAuto1 Group Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by NavAuto1 Group shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Venue and Governing Law
Arbitration shall be conducted in Denver, Colorado, before a single arbitrator knowledgeable in legal procedure, rules of evidence, and the automotive repair industry. The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, including applicable statutes of limitation and Colorado Rules of Evidence.
Arbitrator’s Authority and Decision
The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion detailing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the rationale behind the decision. This opinion may be entered into as a final judgment and may be appealed as if it were a decision rendered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitrator shall have the authority to award only those legal remedies available in a court of law and shall not award punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall NavAuto1 Group be liable for punitive, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or use, whether the claim arises in contract or tort—even if NavAuto1 Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
NavAuto1 Group’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees received by NavAuto1 Group for the specific parts and services giving rise to the dispute.
Payment Policy Notice
Please be advised that all payments must be made using the credit card of the individual listed on the invoice. For security and authorization purposes, we cannot accept credit cards from other individuals or family members unless their name is specifically listed on the repair order.
We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.
The only checks accepted are those issued directly by insurance companies.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
We gladly accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – HAIL DAMAGE LIABILITY
NavAuto1 Group will not be liable for any hail damage that may occur while the vehicle is in our possession. Hail is considered an Act of God and is not covered under our insurance policy.
